Starting Point
Every one of us began our Christian walk at the same place, the starting point. That starting point is the cross. It's really as simple as that. Regardless of your religious background or the lack there of, it all comes down to the cross of Christ. Sometimes spirituality can seem complicated and 'out there' but it really doesn't have to be. New Horizon wants to help make the Christian life understandable and do-able for you in your world.
The very fact that you are reading this page indicates that you have an interest and desire to know more about Christianity. This is the first step to growing spiritually.
You are a spirit that has a soul and lives in a body. Your spirit is the part of you that will live forever. It's the part of you that desires to know God. Your soul is your mind, will and emotions. It is the part that desires to understand God. Your body is the physical being that is made to worship God. When you are born, your physical body and your soul take on life. When you accept Christ into your life you are born again, your spirit takes on life.
